My family has worked with Silva Stone before but this was my first personal experience with them! I went in looking for a unique stone with a specific design in mind. I wanted two different stones, ones for the island and one for the countertops! The women at Silva stone helped me find exactly what I wanted. I love that they have a text line, it made it so easy to keep in contact with them! I was able to send them pictures of what I wanted and they would send me ideas back. Dealing with Silva Stone has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Working with Sheyla and Joe was a pleasure. They know the business inside and out, gave us all the time we needed to make our selection and were very patient with me. Pricing was completely transparent with no surprises at the end of the job. We couldn't be happier with the workmanship, fit and installation.The installers, Raphael and Diego, were polite, efficient and were very good at their craft. This was a very pleasant experience. We have used Silva Stone two times now, once for our kitchen/laundry room countertops and once for our fireplace hearths. Both times we have been tremendously impressed. They listened to us about our budget and worked with us to stay within it. We were in and out of their showroom quickly, with product selections we loved. The templating process was quick and accurate. They let us visit the shop to position the templates exactly where we wanted them, and when I couldn’t make it in for the hearths, they facetimed me.
