Incredibly grateful for Carlo and everybody at Millbury Auto! Today was third time I’ve had to bring my car in and the for the 3rd time they exceeded all my expectations. Carlo is always honest and upfront about what needs to be repaired and extremely fair with pricing. My starter died this morning, I had my car towed there this afternoon & had no expectations for it to be finished today but Carlo worked until past 7pm, I was able to pick my car up this evening and now I won’t have to miss another day of work tomorrow! I will refer them to everybody I know, there is no better feeling then having a trustworthy mechanic you can rely on. Thank you again Millbury Auto!

Want to thank the owner's of Millbury Auto. My wife and I , are from NY. Coming back from Cape Cod, our truck broke down at rest area on I 90. Went to two dealerships who wouldn't even look at truck. Our tow guy Jacob, contacted Millbury service, and the owners said bring it in and we'll look at it. I explained what the problem we were having. We had the truck dropped off and they had a new ignition switch and 45 minutes later we were back on the road. Thanks so much for your professional manner and kindness.

Professional! Reliable! Honest! Amazing! My 2008 jeep is my baby and they are amazing and never ever lie about what’s wrong to make more!!! Last place lies about front end especially knowing I had it fixed literally just before bringing it to them for sticker and they gave me red R saying front end unsafe. Went to Millbury and he looked to see what place was saying and he said there is nothing… I got a sticker!! FYI center of UPTON garage lies. So, I decided this is the place for me and my family going forward for vehicle work. Today I dropped jeep off for wiper motor and oil change. Excellent work, wipers work! No nasty loud noises!!
