About a week or so ago, my wife and I had an extremely loud sound coming from our car when we would slow brake. We went into Millbury auto since it is close to home and even though we didn't have an appointment we spoke to Julie who kindly asked us what was going on with our car, to which Carlo stepped in and said it could be the brakes. Obviously we were worried since the brakes aren't something to neglect. They took us in right away given our tight schedule, and the amount of work they already had going on at the shop. I was faced with an almost flat tire about an hour from home when my husbands colleague suggested Millbury Auto service. I walked in and the gentleman asked how he could help and after I explained my situation, he immediately took my car in, inspected it, found out I had a nail in my tire and then fixed it for a very reasonable fee. I thought for sure I was going to be held up for hours with my almost flat tire and I was in and out in 20 minutes. The woman in the office ( and her adorable dog, Tank ) were absolutely lovely!!!!
