5 STARS! I have been buying cars for a long time. This was my 8th vehicle and I am only 31. I have dealt with a lot of the normal dealership runaround and this did not feel like that at all. The sales team was willing to work with me and help me get to the number I needed to be at as best they could. Where other dealerships were stubborn and unwilling so budge because they know in this market they can afford to be Diamond wasn't. In fact even though they did not have the exact vehicle I wanted and could have easily just let me walk away Ricky my salesman went out of his way to find the exact one I was looking for at another dealership to trade. Diamond bailed us out BIG time! We were stranded traveling from NYC to Maine in the middle of the night. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road the very next afternoon. Thank you Sarah for really taking care of us!
