The technician was polite, arrived on time, and used protective coverings to keep our living room clean. The cleaning was thorough, removing all soot and creosote buildup, and the fireplace now burns cleaner and more efficiently. They even did a quick safety check and gave me helpful advice about chimney care. The service was reasonably priced and finished sooner than I anticipated, and I feel much safer using my fireplace now. The whole experience was professional and enjoyable.“
