Greg Melanson from the Worcester office was amazing to work with. He explained things in detail and answered all my questions. Even better he related his person experiences with the equipment to give me some tips and tricks. I should have been using CPAP for many years, but was always frustrated with it. It's only been a couple days, but I'm already using it more than before and I haven't had any issues. Thanks Greg!!!

Only complaint is that sometimes the process of getting a product shipped to you can take a while. In the Worcester office, Kenny was super helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to me and worked with me to make sure I got the right product. There was plenty of convenient appointment times as well.

They have always been extremely polite and accommodating, allowing evening appointments so that I don’t have to take time off of work! The staff are very professional and always making sure that I feel comfortable. Thank you for the quality care you provide!
