She takes extreme pride in her gorgeous shop and is extremely talented with her blow drying and color knowledge.
I have my hair washed and blown dry every week and have done this for the last 10-12 years with Lauren.
Her staff are all excellent and friendly and always dressed to the nines.

“Hair type: Before them my hair was a mess and because I had a hard time trusting just anyone with my hair was why. Not them, they are great. I recommend them highly. And that first time done by them, I knew the cost to get my hair looking good was higher than their competitors, but their salon showed me well worth it! Now my hair is in great shape, where the price for touch ups every month is only 60. .Couldn't ask for more in a hair salon. They are all also very nice, personable, and at the same time, very professional. Love them.“

“Sarai is amazing. She did my hair for a wedding, I was in, in the past. So I felt comfortable bringing my daughter to her for her first"grown-up" cut (more than just straight across). I was nervous to bring her to get it done, but Sarai really made the process painless. Instead of rushing through the cut, she really took her time and cut little by little. She talked to my daughter the whole time, making her feel comfortable. The end result was amazing. The haircut came out beautiful, and my daughter loved her. “I just had my 2nd appointment at Expressions with Lina, and needed to take the time to write a review because my hair and experience were just that good. I am a city girl that has come to the burbs (love/hate), but finding city quality without having to cross the bridge is my mission, and exressions nails it. SUMMARY:Product wise they are super high end (back bar and for sale) which is a must, but not necessarily hard to find. The second part, which Lina and her co-owner both nail, is continuing education without being in the city, and pairing that with a solid hair background and history so that the trends are achievable but the integrity of your hair is maintained! MY EXPERIENCE: I came to Lina with 12 week grown out roots (I'm a level 5 and have a level 10 color block in the front), and needed a new hairdresser after my regular had a long term injury. She took the project on, but most importantly treated every piece of hair on my head like it was in the front. I had a band from leaving my roots for so long, and during my 2nd appointment she and her co-owner lovingly corrected it, even though Lina had a flight to catch for a familly emergency, they worked together and made my hair absolutely perfect. They also provided honest feedback about a longterm plan for my hair while achieving exactly what I wanted in the meantime. I couldn't be more pleased and I am so happy to have one less errand to run in the city so I can spend time complaining about the suburbs!“
