True professionals. Our experience with The Masters was straightforward, simple, and pleasant. I was able to schedule an appointment right from our initial call. The technician that came out to me was very professional and knowledgeable. He actually already knew what the issue with my furnace was from the information I gave him over the phone. He purchased the parts I needed on his way to my house, and had my heat fixed within an hour of his arrival, displaying both diligence and mastery of his craft.
