Freeman Fuel is OUTSTANDING!! Very responsive and extremely professional. I called for a problem with my boiler and they came out right away. The technician that came out diagnosed the problem very quickly and the repairs were done same day. I highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service. They're always prompt with their oil delivery. I have been their customer for about 4 years now. They replaced my oil boiler and did an excellent job with the installation and hauling the old one away. They also quickly replced my water heater that failed unexpectedly and flooded the basement. They were very quick to come out and assess the situation and install the new one within 2 days.
I absolutely love Freeman oil! I’ve been a customer for almost 13 years. I use them for my oil deliveries and have not had any issues. What I love most is their excellent customer service all the way down to the technicians. They are always friendly, responsive and professional. I’ve needed Freeman Oil for services outside of oil delivery quite a few times and I have to say they have not been a disappoint. They respond right away regardless of the time of day.
