Joe Deschamps is very professional and personable. He did a boiler maintenance check for us and answered any questions that I had both in person and by phone. He also called and texted to let me know exactly when he would arrive.
Joe installed our new hot water system when the old one broke down. He arrived on time and did a thorough job. Joe and his helper stayed to make sure the system was bled and that I understood everything. Charges were exactly as quoted with no surprises. He even helped with the rebate process.
As a senior citizen on a limited income who is absolutely clueless about even very basic household issues, including plumbing problems which crop up from time to time, I am very happy to have found Joe Deschamps. He is completely trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, accommodating, and reliable.
