“The team from Kelley Tree was spectacular helping me in extreme time of need after a 100-ft Oak fell on my house in Asheville, NC after Hurricane Helene.

I commend them for their expertise, navigating a massive crane down my driveway that has a strong curve in it without damaging the landscaping that lines it.

As for removing the tree from my roof, it was removed with care and attention to mitigate further damage to the house, as well as protect a hot tub that could have easily been damaged in the removal process.

“Gustavo and his crew work together like a well-oiled machine. It’s like a choreographed dance with cherry picker, ropes, and chainsaws. The crew arrived on time and took down two very large maple trees (taller than the full reach of the bucket). The yard was raked clean of debris. I had them return the following week to trim a crabapple tree, two rows of privets, and lilacs that had become very overgrown and too close to the house. I definitely recommend and will call them again.“

The first time, I chose them after getting several quotes because their price, timeframe, and customer service were unbeatable. The second time, I didn’t even bother getting other quotes—I went straight to A&S because of how efficient and effective their crew is. They even managed to come out the same day I called! Recently, after a month of waiting to spread the mulch from a tree grinding, I noticed that the job wasn’t fully completed due to the challenging location (a large, mature tree in a tight two-foot area surrounded by a driveway and sidewalk). “Edgar and his crew showed up as scheduled. Had to trim tree using old school climbing. Did a meticulous job avoiding landscaping and PVC fencing. Cleaned area and left it good as when he arrived. Would recommend him.“

“After 22yrs, needed a major trimming and removal of trees all around my home. This included trees that had grown over the backyard fencing and were reaching out over our pool. A big job. Walter came by the same day called (Tuesday). He was easy to talk with and walked my property with me. Gave me a good & reasonable quote and scheduled me the same week (Friday). They arrived on time at 7:00am and got to work. I watched them through the window working hard and efficiently. There was a lot to do. They finished ~5:30pm. His team did an outstanding job.
