So I just wanted to say what an awesome job east coast tree service did. My husband was home while I was at work and he told me how they did a marvelous job and how quick they were. Everything is all cleaned up nicely. I wanted to mention how patient they were too because we needed a boom truck and we had to wait till ground was frozen enough and this winter was so warm we had to cancel and reschedule like four times but I was never treated negatively. So I have to thank them for their patience. They had removed some trees in our neighborhood and when we saw how easy they make it look we hired them. The East Coast tree team is absolutely unbelievable. Truly amazing what they did and many thanks to Kevin, Jennifer, Eddie, Mark and Alejandro. They meticulously took down about 10 large pines and left the property absolutely spotless. They are the “go to” tree service in the North Shore.
When a tree hits your home you panic (well I did)! I contacted Kevin at East Coast Tree Service and he put my mind as ease. He was professional, had a group of guys on site within one hour, took the burden off of me being the middle man between them and the insurance company away, and did the job fast and safely! Jen in the office made communication easy and stress free. I recommend East Coast Tree Service for all you tree needs whether it is routine maintenance or an emergency like me!
