“We just switched over to this practice when we moved into Melrose. My 1 year old, who was born with multiple medical issues, has been through a lot of traumatic experiences with testing, treatments, etc so she is now scared of any doctor. At our first visit at this practice every person, from the front desk to the doctors, was extremely patient and unbelievably kind to my daughter without me having to say anything. I’ve never seen her smile at someone wearing scrubs and a mask! The doctors also helped us through some newer issues our previous pediatrician didn’t know what to do about. All my questions were answered with very thorough and data-based responses. Clearly, I’m thrilled with this office!”
