I've been going here since my first haircut and I haven't gone any other place (except in high school when I let my friend dye my hair. That ended in me coming I to new decade on a Monday, yes when they are closed, for a color correction.) I am 25 and I have Nicole highlight and cut my hair, I have never been unhappy walking out of their doors. Not only does she do a great job, but her and all the other stylist are some of the nicest women out there. I am sorry that the previous poster had such a terrible experience. I have never had a bad experience. The owner is a compassionate woman who helped me deal with hair loss from chemotherapy (kindly shaved my head for me) and gave me tips to keep my bald head happy. I'm looking forward to going back now that my hair has regrown. It may not have all the amenities that you may desire, but what they do have are excellent hair cuts and color and extremely reasonable prices. The staff is personable and recommend using this one.

The staff is so inviting and upbeat. I noticed, the few times I have been in, that they have great relationships with there existing clients. They are very friendly, but not overwhelming at all. If my work schedule was not so busy & money wasn't tight, I would go in weekly. It was a good break from my daily life. The best part was the staff remembered me form the last time I was in, it was like being welcomed into someones home with open arms. My stylist was Lisa, I highly recomend her, if you can get an appt. with her, by all means do so. My hair has never looked so go, forget Newbury St., I did.
