Great barber shop. I've been going to Strati (the barber in the middle chair) for 20 years. I still drive 30 minutes from my new home to get a haircut here. All 3 of the barbers are great. I’ve been going to Ultimate Barber Shop in Medford, MA for over 7 years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All of the barbers are incredibly precise, especially with the edges and hairline, and pay attention to every strand. Even after moving 30 minutes away, I still make the trip because it’s worth it every time and the barbers are very experienced. All three barbers are top-notch, and the vibe in the shop always makes me feel right at home. I always leave with a smile on my face. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been going to Ultimate Barber Shop on Boston Ave for over 25 years, since they opened. There is no better place around.
There are three barbers – Chad (the owner), Strati, and Doug. Strati has been there for 20+ years, Doug for 10+, and Chad has been running the place since day one. No rookie barbers here. No constant turnover. Just true professionals who know what they’re doing and have been doing it for a long time.
