I just left the salon and had to make sure I left a review immediately. Joy is now my new go-to hairstylist! She is attentive to detail, knowledgeable, fun, informative and basically any other positive adjective you could hope for in a hairstylist! I could go on and on. She listened to my wants and made sure we were on the same page before getting started. She also made sure to explain each step, the products she used, answer questions and offer many tips! Money was well spent and I think her prices are very reasonable considering how pleasant she is and how hard she works to ensure her client’s satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier! I couldn’t ask for a better salon. Sharita is awesome and makes me feel welcome and at ease every appointment, she gets my hair right and makes sure it’s to my liking. Also, there are snacks! It’s great finding a stylist that caters for my hair and works with me to achieve my hair goals.
I got the the standard wash n go for returning clients which included a wash and condition and I prepaid $165. My stylist was very nice and knowledgeable but after the appointment I was charged an additional $44 because they said I was considered a new client again? I ended up spending $215 on a wash n go that frizzed in the front v badly the same day. I was hoping the style would last at least a week and it didn’t last two days. I really wanted to make this place a staple since it’s hard to find black stylists but the price is definitely not worth the service.
