If there was a 0 star option I’d choose that. While Denise was pleasant in person, the overall experience was horrible. There is constant miscommunication between the front desk & the accountants. No one seems to know what is going on there. It’s impossible to get ahold of an accountant - the front desk constantly gives you the runaround (she’s not available right now, she’s not in Medford today, she’s not in Framingham today, she’s with the kids, no she’s not on vacation, she’ll call you back.) the Medford office hung up on me & both Medford & Framingham proceeded to ignore my calls once I assertively asked for assistance after 10 calls & 3 emails left...read full review

Estou quase 3 meses sem nenhum documento pois o Sr Sidney pagou meu passaporte pra fazer meu ITIN e até hoje não me entregou, não me liga pra dar satisfações e não atende minhas ligações. Péssimo profissional

If there were zero stars I'd select it. Went there with my husband in April of 2011 to do our taxes because our accountant was no longer in business. I went by myself spoke with Sidney Evangelista himself and he took my information. My husband went in a couple of days later and sat with him and in less than five minutes our taxes were filed. I am not exaggerating. A day later when I reviewed the information, Sidney had filed our taxes without my information and with my husband as single. We called many many times looking forward to talk to him to have him fix his mistake with no luck at all. He was never there or never available to take our call, so we went there ourselves in person way too many times wasting our time. To make a very long story short, Sidney never called us back to offer to fix the problem or give us our money back or anything for that matter. We ended up having to pay another accountant to file our taxes again plus extra fees for being late. If his business depended on good customer service, this guy would be broke or certainly wouldn't be an accountant. Sidney was a jerk and treated us as if he didn't need our business. When we finally saw him in court, he alleged that the mistake was ours and not his and that he would have fixed the problem if he had known about it. He lied while under oath changing the whole story saying that I had never been in his office. Do not do your taxes with this guy. He also has an office in Framingham, MA.
