My experience with this CPA firm, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired. During the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I contacted P Neupane CPA PC for filing our taxes. We were initially connected with a lady named Reshma, who setup a virtual call with the main guy.During our hour-long consultation, we provided detailed information about our income, expenses, and tax filing history, and shared all necessary documents. However, a few weeks before the tax filing deadline, we received a call from the CPA stating that he will not be able to file our taxes, essentially leaving us stranded.
