Everett was pleasant to deal with, he gave a timely competitive quote and when agreed to, he scheduled the sub-contractor fairly quickly. I hired Mitchell Design & Construction to gut and renovate my bathroom last August during Covid. I chose Everett over other contractors because of his innovativeness, problem solving, and professionalism. One example is I had an issue with my jacuzzi tub in that if anything went wrong mechanically I wouldn't be able to fix it without breaking down the wall my neighbors and I share. Everett was able to come up with a solution so that I can get to the motor without any hassle. Everett knew this was my only bathroom to shower in and he had the project done in 1.5 weeks!
