Matt Construction is great. Very focused and they do very high-quality craftsmanship at a very reasonable cost. They re-did the walls , windows, and insulation in my basement, and a number of other tricky tasks on the interior and exterior - and it all came out really nice. Really hard-working (and quiet) crew. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Matt Construction. Every day they arrived and carefully laid down paper so that they wouldn't mark up the floor and then carefully took it up at the end of the day, really worked hard to make the house as livable as possible for us while the work was going on. The on-site manager, Jonathan, was great, and they gracefully and quickly responded to additional requests and changes of plans we requested, including entirely changing one of the windows.

Matt Construction was fantastic: They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable, punctual, kept us updated on what was happening at all times, and always had someone here working throughout the project. When a city inspector came by at one point and saw they were our contractor they said, "Oh, they've done a lot of work (in Malden). They're great."

We had originally found them through another referral site where they had extensive reviews for excellent work. After bidding them against three other companies, we felt they offered the best value in terms of quality for our money spent, and we were not disappointed.

Love our new kitchen.
