About Life Time
Life Time offers a comprehensive workout experience with a range of amenities. The smaller space creates a more homely atmosphere while still providing all the necessary facilities. Customers have praised the spa services, with the massage therapists receiving particular acclaim for their expertise and professionalism. The staff is consistently described as kind, accommodating, and talented. The staff at the front desk is always so friendly at check-in. Customers go biweekly for a lash fill with Monique in the spa, and she is always so accommodating and professional, making the experience as relaxing as possible. Monique is described as awesome, very meticulous and talented, easy to talk to, and making the appointment very comfortable. The gym is great for people who take their workout seriously and want to do it in a nice space, with lots of good equipment and variety to avoid getting bored. It's clean, and the services beyond the workout are yet to be explored.
Clean and staff are super friendly. Welcoming environment for people at different levels of experience and fitness.
Did a few training sessions with Ben. Has a very wholistic approach to fitness and is very flexible adapting workouts to different needs/goals. Really enjoyed the sessions, learned valuable technique improvements and exercises I'll incorporate into my normal routine.
My only critique is it is a bit small and you'll need to be aware of workout classes scheduled on the main floor. Can get kind of crowded especially by the squat racks.
I really enjoy working out at Lifetime Medford! The energy here is always great, and everyone is super friendly. The front desk staff always greet me with a smile and actually say my name right.
I especially love the Pilates Reformer classes with Lindsay, Bernie, Brittany, and Jerrel (hope I’m not forgetting anyone!). They all bring such great vibes and make every class fun, challenging, and worth showing up for. The classes with Patricia and Valeria are no joke either — definitely tough but 100% worth every penny.
Overall, Lifetime Medford has such a welcoming atmosphere and makes it easy to stay motivated. Definitely my favorite place to work out!
Clean environment, well maintained, reminds me a bit of Equinox vibes, my only complaint is that they don’t have a Steam room, otherwise it’s a great place to work out! Staff is friendly and welcoming.
