I had a great experience with FRS Roofing & Gutters. Found the company randomly and could not be happier than I did. Mardy from FRS was a gentleman from the first time we talked and met at our rental property in Revere and provided the best service through the completion of the project. He took the time to answer every question, was honest, thorough, provided options, never tried to upsell, and truly wanted what was best for me and the property. Maria from FRS was also great, at one point needed a letter for our insurance company and needed it quickly and they both dropped everything to help me out and get sent over in time. Received good service; they payed attention to every little detail. Mardy stayed on top of the project throughout the whole process and was very quick to respond whenever I reached out with questions. His advice seemed honest and fair; he wasn’t just about the sales. Would work with them again!
Jamie and the FRS crew did a great job on a full gutter replacement on our house in Winchester. The cost was reasonable, and the crew was punctual and skilled. They also identified a few weak spots on our roof that allowed us to get ahead of headaches down the road. Highly recommended.
