He provided his expertise but allowed us to make the final decision to make sure we ended up with our dream bathroom. In the end, we got a perfect bathroom that came in right on budget!

Never once did I feel like Kevin was trying to take advantage or take short cuts which is always the first concern with any large projects like this. He was always available via phone, and still is even after completion! We cannot wait to get River City back in for the next project.“
