We've had several window cleaners over the past 10 years and Crystal Bright did the best job. They were prompt; worked efficiently; their workers were respectful and flexible with our residents; and the windows shined like the morning glory of the sunrise. I manage a multi-story property in downtown Boston and I’ve been dealing with multiple companies for all the buildings needs. The other companies were unreliable and impossible to work with, and they didn’t seem to care much about doing a good job, just getting a check. The guys at Crystal Bright came in and made everything easy by providing all the same services (stone & metal refinishing for my floors and elevators / exterior window cleaning) in one place. Wonderful experience working with the professionals at Crystal Bright! The secretary, Carol was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After briefly describing my needs, she immediately suggested resolutions. I was then expeditiously connected to the owner who provided very reasonable pricing options. I chose to contract with these guys and I'm so glad I did. They provided us with exceptional work and quality service. Highly recommend this company if you want the job done right.
