I’ve used PlowGuys for the past few years and have had a great experience. Their communication is outstanding; they let you know exactly when they plan to deploy services both before and during a snowstorm. Their pricing is straightforward and transparent, and they are always responsive. They provide a solid, dependable service and I highly recommend them!

I live in a 2-household condo, and Plowguys has been shoveling our sidewalks and driveway for, I think, three winters now. They are pricey, but they are reliable and do a great job. When we had the two big snows this winter, they were on top of them; they came twice each time -- after the first 6 or 9 or 12 inches, and after the full snowstorm. We've given them a list of what needs to be done and our preferences. I have, on occasion, had to call them back; they are gracious about completing the job.
