Im 59 and have gone to a lot of gyms in my time ( although i don’t look it 😜) But BY far this is the cleanest gym I have ever been to!!! And the staff is constantly cleaning the attention to details they walk thru the gym and anything out of place they are on top of it.. The machines are always being cleaned and I mean CLEANED.. Mikes back in the day was a dump and dirty… The staff is friendly and respectful Highly recommend it…

Nice gym. Membership price is affordable and you can bring a guest for free. They have a lot of different machines, and as a powerlifter I’m happy with the selection.

I was sick for four months. I called to cancel my membership and they told me that I had to go in person because of my illness. I couldn't go. They were charging me fees even at the end of October. After four months, I called again to cancel and they told me that they could do it over the phone but that they would charge me a fee of $37.77. I see this as blatant theft, but I preferred to pay that than to be charged the monthly fee without using the fitness.

Flash Fitness is an awesome gym — it’s got everything you need for a great pump. Plenty of equipment, clean space, and never too crowded. The staff are all good people — friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcome. Perfect spot to get a serious workout in! 💪

My favorite gym I’ve ever been a member of. Equipment was always clean and functional, front desk staff was always super friendly, and there was plenty of weightlifting equipment. Bathrooms were always clean too. For the price, Flash honestly cannot be beat. I only left this gym because I moved too far away. But there is a Flash-sized hole left in my heart now that I accept can never be filled by another gym.
I would advise trying to go off peak times or mornings if you can, as evenings tend to get busier. It’s an awesome, super affordable gym so it makes sense that it’s everybody’s favorite.

Overpriced. Nice equipment but facility is packed during “busy” hours. Fees snuck into the signing agreement. 45 day cancellation policy with a requirement to cancel in person. Not worth it.

Would definitely recommend! I enjoyed going here for a little over a year. Best priced gym for its quality, value, and cleanliness that I’ve ever been to. Staff, particularly Austin the GM, was always super friendly and even assisted me in the cancelation process when I moved out of the area - might sound silly but I really appreciated this after some nightmare stories with other gyms.
