We had a fire at our business and we had the unfortunate situation where the fire department needed to cut a latch to our front door. Needed an emergency locks smith company to come out to help fix the locking mechanism and get out door operational. Artery Lock was recommended by another vendor / friend. I contacted them and was impressed with th level of service I received. The customer service was top notch, they were upfront and honest and said they do their best to get a tech out on last minute. The crew here has been incredibly helpful over several months of a project, getting coded locks with chains and making sure the locks were attached firmly to the chains so they wouldn't walk away with public use. I always enjoy coming in and talking to staff, who take time to hear what the challenge is and brainstorm ways to make it work. Got new keys made as well, no fuss!
