About Burning Wheel Yoga & Fitness
Burning Wheel Yoga School in Medfield is a hot yoga studio that offers a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. The studio is heated to 95°F or higher and provides a welcoming community atmosphere. Students can explore traditional 8-Limb Power Yoga, discover their flow with Intro classes, challenge themselves with Inferno Hot Pilates HIIT, or deepen their practice with Master Yoga Classes. The school also offers an Apprenticeship Program for those interested in teaching yoga, as well as Intro to Meditation and special yoga workshops. Students praise the intimate class sizes and the supportive environment. Instructors are described as gifted and dedicated, welcoming to all levels of experience. The studio offers multiple classes daily, seven days a week, making it a convenient option for those seeking a regular yoga practice.
Jordan's teaching changed my life years ago when I was depressed and anxious. Learning yoga with him taught me so much about living in gratitude and being sure to meditate and do self-care. I wish him well with his new studio in Natick and plan to go to classes there when I can!
