Cheryl Winchester was terrific. She did a yearly maintenance on our heating system. She is a pleasure to work with, most professional, and we would welcome her in our home for future service. She should be commended on her professionalism and her excellent job well done today

Very disappointed with Dunn Oil. We were in an emergency needing oil for our home, and I had permission from the account holder to request delivery, but the lady on the phone refused to help. Poor customer service in a critical situation.

They're much more expensive than nearby companies and took several more days to deliver our oil. They charged us for the full volume of our tank instead of actual volume delivered. It took almost 2 weeks and several phone calls for them to refund us the several hundred extra dollars. They have no way to order conveniently online. The final nail in the coffin was when I ordered from them and a completely different company I had never heard of, with low online reviews, showed up. I learned later in a letter from Dunn that this other company bought Dunn. They didn't bother telling me when I placed the order. We switched to JA Healey and are happy so far.
