Richard Gonzalez went above and beyond for us last night, Jun 5, 2026. We had lost our heat pump - our air conditioning- because some workmen working on our bathroom had disconnected it by mistake. Richard came after hours, about 6 PM, on a very hot evening and reconnected our heat pump.
Alexus Purtell was our electrician. Arrived and did both the quote and Tesla wall charger installation within an hour. Very reasonably priced and efficient. Alexus even took the time to show us how to set up and use the charger and pair it with our phones. Company was excellent about communicating every step of the way via text messaging from the moment I inquired until completion of the installation. Overall an exceptional experience and recommend to all in the Boston area.
These guys were great. Thorough and willing to proactively look at my whole sewer line out to street even though the immediate issue was inside the house. I would have them back in a minute, but of course hope that I won’t need them again for a long time!
