I was SO impressed with the service and the friendly staff on the phone! They sent very detailed and good information and worked with me to get the dates convenient to me as I was leaving for Florida soon.Greg and Sean arrived on time and were most professional in the installation. Also...I was told power would be off all day and it was only off for an hour and they were finished by two o'clock rather than the later time I had anticipated. Casey came a few days later after the gas inspector from the town and also did a fine job with the final hook up.I recommend them highly!Evelyn Doane

Unfortunately, during the latest storm on the Cape our generator stopped working. We contacted RCA who immediately arranged for their closest technician to come over and investigate the situation. Within one hour our generator was up and working properly. From the our initial call to report the trouble, to speaking with the on-sight technician every aspect of our interaction with RCA was 110% professional. We especially found Victoria, the RCA customer service representative an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend RCA to anyone in need of generator service or repair.

If you need a generator, this is the company you want on your side. My generator was installed about 7 years ago. Something happened, and they were so responsive and helpful. As a single lady who knows very little about electricity and generators, they were so helpful and responsive, including Randy the owner that made a special trip after his service man had been at my house and something was still wrong. I would highly recommend them.
