Sharon and Marcia at the office were always courteous, timely and extremely helpful with all the scheduling, billing and questions we had. All permitting and inspections were scheduled and handled with ease. When it comes to workers.....well, I don't think you could ever get a better combination than the guys who did the actual install. From start to finish, these guys were at it all day long. From the trenching, generator pad and gen install, to the neat, professional gas, conduit and wiring installation these guys were extremely efficient and worked very well together....it was impressive to say the least. The well-stocked company vehicles as well as the installation equipment are clean and professional and the craftsmanship and quality of work is second to none! Josiah the technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He took the time to answer any questions we had. He performed the final complete test of the system and we can honestly say that we are extremely confident and ready for whatever nature has in store for us....you can't beat that!
