They are OK, but . .They sent, and I had to pay for, two guys to do one man’s work.I had a leaky valve in my shower. They sent two guys, they found a small part in the valve that needed replacing. I had done the prep work, like opening up the wall for access, so they were done in 30 minutes. The bill was $360 (presumably because they sent two guys).

I suffered a frozen pipe burst on Dec. 5th, the coldest night on Cape Cod in 66 years. I was forced to shut the water off and was without. Spenser Halletts' plumbers responded immediately and fixed the "leaks" as there was more than one allowing the water to be turned back on successfully. Full disclosure - I work in a service industry that has the reputation of being expensive and dishonest. Therefore I rarely review other service industries/businesses. I had to leave this review though. Found these folks through a friend referral - I was not an existing customer and although my problem had the potential to ne serious, it was not an emergency (yet!). They returned my call within 4 hours, and scheduled a plumber to visit within 24 hours. The plumber that arrived was experienced, personable and meticulous.
