Showed up at the scheduled time, happy to see them both wearing marks for safety. Very professional and knowledgeable about gas heating (Navien) systems. Also willing to share information and helpful tips. Serviced system and noticed a pending component failure which he replaced and found the cause, which was improperly installed intake and exhaust tubes. Tony quickly and meticulously cut and created new tubes. As a new customer I'm very impressed and 100% satisfied with Tony's workmanship, all at a very reasonable price.

When I stupidly nicked a pipe while drilling a hole in my floor on a Saturday, Tony was quick to come down and get everything fixed up for me in less than an hour. Very friendly and great service, will definitely use his services in the future.
