Mike is a very nice person that provides a valuable service, but seems totally unable to adhere to the terms of a contract. We have had him manage our termite bait systems, foundation treatments, and interior preventative pest control for almost three years. The first year he scheduled six different treatments for various issues. I requested the second year that he combine various services so that it was a quarterly service, per the contract (and I wasn't paying additional service fees for the additional two). I have been using Direct Pest Control for 4 years. My first call was to remedy termites that invaded our 8 year old home. Termites found their way into our foundation to an area of the home that had some water damage from a small leak from a flat roof. Direct Pest Control provided me a fair estimate to solve our problem and provides us a regular maintenance program that is affordable and worth the investment to protect our home.
