Our technician Jim is very knowledgeable about our specific needs and he makes certain he updates and records any changes here. He gives us a summary of what has been done and what we should be aware of before he leaves.
We are very pleased to have his assistance.
Chris was excellent, punctual, friendly and honest. He provided thoughtful analysis and thorough review of our options. We will definitely be using Chris going forward for any pest related issues. Refreshing to meet someone of his expertise and authentic approach.
I've been receiving services from Waltham Chemical for more than 30 years. Jen is by far the best technician they've ever sent by. She's extremely thorough and wants to do a good job. Very pleasant as well. I hope she will do every visit.
