“After a horrific repair experience at a non-Apple certified repair facility, I was blessed to find Mac’s at Work in Shrewsbury. I brought them a 2017 Apple book pro that would boot, but that had a non-responsive touch pad and keyboard.I anxiously awaited their phone call after dropping off the computer. The message I received was, “I have good news”. Hurray!Upon opening up the unit they found an improperly installed battery and cabling, amongst other issues. “I had an issue with my Dell Inspiron laptop boot issues, where it turns on but the screen blacks out and nothing is displayed. I have been force restarting multiple times, watched youtube videos and nothing worked. Was planning to buy a new laptop and I am glad I bought it to these guys and they fixed it in no time.
