Emily and her team are amazing. I ran into an issue earlier this morning where I couldn't get rid of some pop ups on my work laptop and within 15 minutes they had the issue resolved so I could carry on with my day. I was able to remotely give them access to my computer and they worked their magic, like they always do. Emily is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, she never makes you feel silly for asking questions and she takes the time to explain technical things to you in a way that makes sense.
