A friend of ours passed away while on vacation in Japan. So a small group of us close friends worked together to put together the logistics on the U.S. side. Richard has now guided my entire family through their final journeys. From the very first phone call to interment and every step in between, he is warm, funny, present, humble, communicative and most importantly, supportive. This work is clearly his calling - the compassion and care he shows for both grieving families and their loved ones who have passed is truly remarkable. I never worried for a moment about any detail; everything had already been proactively considered and taken care of with the utmost skill.
