A friend of ours passed away while on vacation in Japan. So a small group of us close friends worked together to put together the logistics on the U.S. side. We visited several funeral homes in the Hudson/Marlborough area, and when we huddled together to make a decision, it took us all of about five seconds to unanimously agree on Collins Funeral Home. Richard has now guided my entire family through their final journeys. From the very first phone call to interment and every step in between, he is warm, funny, present, humble, communicative and most importantly, supportive. This work is clearly his calling - the compassion and care he shows for both grieving families and their loved ones who have passed is truly remarkable.
