Desde el momento en que me reuní con Richard para planificar los arreglos de mi Papá, sentí que estaba con familia. Lo conocí en persona, fue sensible, comprensivo y me explicó cada detalle. También me impresionó lo familiarizado que está con las costumbres de mi cultura latina y sentí que mi Papá va estar en buenas manos. Richard hizo que este proceso muy difícil pareciera fácil. Cuando mi Papá falleció, Richard y sus trabajadores fueron amables y demostraron que realmente sintieron nuestra pérdida. Realmente no tuve que pensar en nada porque Richard se encargó de todo como lo habíamos planeado. Si necesitaba algo, él estaba ahí para mí. Yes , definitely I recommend the service. They help my family with my moms , my brother and my son’s funeral. They make our life less stressful around that time . We had to send my mom to be buried in Brasil and they take carer everything for us. The only thing we had to take carer was buying our tickets to fly to Brasil and wait for her body to get there in my city . My sons funeral was so beautiful from the time his body arrived in Logan to the end of his funeral ceremony . Me and my family have a friend for ever in our life’s .
