Jeff and Rachel were very professional and kind to our family. They made a difficult process easier to manage with their vast knowledge and experience. They took time to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything taken care of.
I was extremely pleased with the services that Jeff and Rachel provided. They provided detailed guidance on all my questions in a timely manner. They went above and beyond and focused on the personal side of the event. I highly recommend them.
Nobody is ready to call a Funeral Home after losing a family member. I know I wasn't.The first time I spoke to Jeff, I felt very comfortable right away, he was very comfortable to speak with, making everything easier than I expected.When we met for the first time it was the same. He walked us through the plans with ease, things that I had never thought of, he did. Again making this easier than I had thought. He wrote a excellent obit with us, for our loved one, we recieved great comments regarding the obit.As for the service, Jeff, Rachel and their associates did an outstanding job!
