Love the small group training with Amber and yoga classes. Amber does an amazing job customizing the workout to accommodate ability. The yoga classes are wonderful. Ascension has an all around great vibe
I love the staff and vibe at this location. I love that it is it's own building and NOT in a strip mall. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Studios are neat and clean. It's nice to get small group training classes AND yoga classes all in one membership.
When you to go AP Fitness, you get a lot more than a great workout. You get personal attention, on target correction, motivation, programs that help you meet your personal goals, and you get great results! Above all this, an unexpected perk of AP fitness is that you become part of a small community of great people! Amber is fantastic! Going to AP Fitness has been a blessing to me!
