I was fortunate to find Brian Ellis, The Plumbing Wizard, for a major rehab/renovation of a 125 year old duplex. I continue to use the business for occasional maintenance, e.g. hot water heater. Always, they provide smart and neat quality work, and share knowledge with the homeowner. Work is proudly “by the book” and reliable – this makes for smooth sailing with contractors and inspectors. The Wiz is an excellent troubleshooter, knows old buildings like mine, and helps the homeowner consider important details – whether fixtures or future ideas to increase property value. The Plumbing Wizard and crew did and incredible job with a home heating system conversion that I needed done in a short time frame. My old oil-powered boiler was on its last leg. The Wiz helped me convert to a high efficiency propane system. Not only does the system look great, it takes up so much less space than my previous system.
