Tim could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. I had my window smashed and needed a glass repair as well as a frame repair, and even though the parts were frustrating to get, Tim was always kind and communicative. we didn’t end up using insurance and paid out of pocket, but Tim would have dealt with insurance on our behalf had we filed a claim which was amazing and would have taken the burden off of me had we had to have gone that route. Tim worked with us to get cheaper glass etc to bring the price down and was very fair with pricing, even though he probably spent so much time calling around to find cheaper parts and deal with manufacturers. Seriously! I have never had more patient and competent mechanics work on my cars. They answer every question like it's the best question they could have gotten, they get back to you in timely manners, and they don't fabricate problems to make a buck. Great people work here!

I have been using T&J for a few years now to service my vehicle. They are super friendly, especially Eduardo who works at the front desk. The work is always done in a timely manner and they are great at communicating, too!
