I have been going to T&J for years - Eduardo and Jose are the best. I have tried other shops as I moved away from the area although work at other shops was not as good and the pricing was higher, including additional/hidden fees. T&J consistently provides great service and work for a fair price. I highly recommend T&J for auto maintenance and repair.
It’s never pleasant when you need auto body work, but the silver lining is that I got to become acquainted with T&J Service and Collision. They were so helpful and supportive. The work was finished quickly and I was given regular updates on the progress. I paid far less than I would have elsewhere as well. I needed a few other repairs unrelated to the body work and went right back to T&J. I paid a great price and got my car back quickly and in amazing shape. Eduardo particularly was so kind and communicative. He patiently explained all the steps in the process and always kept me updated. I could not recommend this place enough.
Tim could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. I had my window smashed and needed a glass repair as well as a frame repair, and even though the parts were frustrating to get, Tim was always kind and communicative. we didn’t end up using insurance and paid out of pocket, but Tim would have dealt with insurance on our behalf had we filed a claim which was amazing and would have taken the burden off of me had we had to have gone that route. Tim worked with us to get cheaper glass etc to bring the price down and was very fair with pricing, even though he probably spent so much time calling around to find cheaper parts and deal with manufacturers.
