After a traumatizing experience at another establishment, I was admittedly hesitant to trust anyone to touch my hair again. However, one of my closest friends is a student here, and I knew I would be most comfortable going to someone I knew that I could trust. Undoubtedly, I was a little nervous walking in, but Bella immediately put me at ease and reassured me that everything was going to be just fine. I graduated from this school and I can tell you with confidence that it is a good school. In this school they provide excellent basic knowledge. The teachers always supported me and answered all my questions. I would like to thank all the teachers in the cosmetology program for the great education and opportunity that they provided. Hello,
I would 1st like to say that I never ever give a review on anything but I had to for New England Hair Academy in Malden Massachusetts. I called on 4/23/24 to see if I could get a same day appointment for a partial foil and a trim and was told yes. Mind you my hair is very difficult. I was paired with Rachel with Ms. Edna instructing. I have to say this is one of the BEST foils I have ever gotten. Thank you both for such great service and for staying a little late for me. Lisa C.
