Extremely rude person in parts. Does not even know how to find a replacement for an obsolete thermostat and hangs up on customers. Great customer service afte spending almost $20K a few years back!
Wouldn't sell me a part without a license, but didn't tell me that on the phone. Drove 40 min each way in traffic. So, I end up getting it on Amazon. Makes sense? Good job guys.
I have been waiting since Monday for a call back from tech support on a brand new Carrier condenser that has a compressor with a thermal lockout on startup. Joke of tech support, leave a message we will call you back. Hand oit all the presidential awards you want your tech support is the worst of any manufacturer.
