Our service person, Juan, was terrific. He got right to work, replacing the faulty part in our HVAC unit. He checked to be sure it was cooling properly, staying for a bit to be certain the cooling was sustained. When he arrived, he insisted on wearing a pair of shoe protectors so as not to bring any outside dirt into our space. We were very pleased with the service provided.
