There are some really nice helpful people working who did a great job once they got me in after an hour. The doctor gets 12 on a scale of 10.
It seems that this urgent care is under staffed. My experience 8 years ago was much much better. What happened??
Malden Urgent Care,I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone at Malden Urgent Care who helped me yesterday. I was in terrible muscular pain and couldn't walk properly. Despite my struggle, someone from inside saw me and quickly came to assist me with a wheelchair. It was my first time in a wheelchair, and I couldn't even stretch my left leg due to the pain. Your prompt attention and understanding were greatly appreciated. The shot I received in my left hand provided relief, and the arrangement of an ambulance to transfer me to Everett Hospital was done without delay. When I came , front desk they’re helping me with fill out information because I don’t know how to do it and help me with something I don’t understand, nurses and doctor too they are so friendlyI’m happy when I come over to AFC it’s not waiting longThank you so much for helping care anyone are needed like me
