I am extremely happy with the carpet cleaning service. Wayne was wonderful on the phone and answered all my questions. Charles arrived on the scheduled day and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We got a call an hour before they arrived and a confirmation the day before. They use cleaning products that are safe for babies and pets, which is perfect for our family with a baby and a dog. The team is very professional and we will definitely use them again. We recently used their service again and are just as satisfied with the results. This is the only company I trust for carpet cleaning!

A friendly gentleman named Wayne cleaned one room in our house where our puppy had a lot of accidents. He did an excellent job, and now the carpet looks brand new. He explained the whole cleaning process, including the treatments and how they help with the subflooring. We plan to use Top Lynn Carpet Cleaners again when we decide to clean the rest of our house. I definitely recommend going with them instead of a big chain. While the price was a bit higher than chain places, the quality really made it worth it. I’ll be watching for any special offers so I can get the entire house cleaned next time.
