“Relaxation and empathy - They have the best customer service. I called them last minute after a previous appointment and they were more than happy to welcome me. They understood my pain area and soothed it soo well! I wish I could give them beyond 5 stars for the excellency!
They also have a 11th visit free after going there for 10 times. Do checkout for that ?

Edit after 3 years - am a regular to there place now, they really do look out for stiffness and stress points so you are relieved for longer periods of time.“

“I went for the 90 minute table massage which was broken down to 60 minutes for full body and 30 minutes leg massage right after at the same table. The masseur went hard, which is what I wanted. I didn't have to say a thing and he was able to find all of my problem spots.

Total cost was $110 via credit card. They did not honor the 20% off as an Amenity for the Kimpton Marlowe Hotel next door as they said it only applies to 1 hour long massages. This isn't really a problem with here, but with the hotel.
