Very professional Doctor's Office. All the receptionist on the 2nd floor are wicked nice. Anything you need & they will help you. Very sufficient in their work.
There is the only Lab in the City that's on the 1st floor & you're not falling asleep waiting. They're pretty fast & the ladies taking blood are wicked gentle & very nice.
I fell and injured my back- I am immunocompromised and we had to go during flu season- we made an appointment on Patient Gateway and we were seen almost immediately- they were very efficient and friendly- Dr. Caruso was awesome! All in all, the exam and x ray took less than an hour- I would definitely recommend them!
This is no place you want to claim to be a repeat customer ? but Ive been here twice and it’s probably the best urgent care on the north shore! Very friendly staff, short wait time and very helpful NP’s.
